Optima D34 Yellowtop install

Hi all

I just wanted to ask those who have installed the D34 as their auxiliary battery whether they used any on the brackets that come with it. Mine is a d4d, thanks

I don't think the battery comes with brackets, the battery TRAY should come with brackets to hold the battery.

Thanks Symo for the reply, I got it from eBay and it came with these plastic bits that are meant to be used depending on where the battery is installed

Yes, I used one of the blue spacers at the front to help centering within an ARB tray. I purchased mine from ebay and received all the spacers and bits.
The battery just seemed more stable using the spacer.

I added the yellow spacer that raised the battery up about 25mm, this made it fit vertically much better in the ARB tray, I didn't fit the red or blue spacer, but I suppose you could.
