Humming noise from front dashboard.. Advice please

Hi All.
I own a Prado TD GXL auto 2013 model.
Since yesterday I started hearing noise like a motor is running.
I just turned the battery power on without starting the engine.
I can hear the noise even when no electrical part is on (i.e. no fan running, no cd inside of the audio system).

I brought the car in a Toyota dealer and showed the noise to the staff.
He said the actuator seems running and it's normal.

It's less than 2 years old and I haven't experienced such noise from previous toyota cars including lexus, prado120 etc.

Do you also hear some motor noise? I think it should stop running when I don't turn on the fan.
I worry the motor will eventually fail if it keeps running all the time.

Any advice please.

Edit: The noise is from below the audio system near knobs of the 4H-2L and DAC button.

I was going to say it sounds like the electric pump for the brake booster. It should run then stop when charged, try pressuring the brake and it it should fire up again.

I noticed this rolling min out the driveway in neutral on early mornings before starting. Brakes never fade even with engine off because they are electric boosted vacuum. But the side affect is the slight pump noise in a dead quiet cabin.

Thanks for your valuable opinion. I can hear this all the time as long as the battery is on regardless of the engine is on or off.

I booked with a dealer to find out the cause. I hope it's not a serious problem.

Hi Guys. I brought the car to Castle Hill toyota and they're quite helpful.
The car had some rattle/noises from several spots.

1. Humming noise - There is a fan cooling the audio system which is supposed to run when the power is on. The fan collected some dust so they cleaned the dust. The noise is gone. They charged $66 since it's not warranty item
2. Tickling sound from the front door window. They fastened it.
3. A typical rattle noise from dash when the RPM is 1500. They knew the common problem and he explained how he fixed.

So I'm happy with their fixes. The car is now more quiet than the brand new condition !

I used to own a LC120 petrol which had ZERO issues and this lc150 tends to generate more small issues than the previous model.
