360 camera installation side camera wiring help please

I bought a set of 360 cameras and currently getting them installed. All are fine except the side cameras each has a wire to go to "right/left signal light positive". I was able to find a wire on the door purple colour that pulses just like the indicator. My question is, i assume it is looking for a constant positive when indicator is on(?). Or is there such a wire that is constant positive when an indicator is on?

Any advice?

Try it! Nothing to lose there. My guess is that it will work: if someone goes to the trouble of designing a whole video system, they'll make it work with pulsing indicator wiring.

Yeah. That worked. But the wire is not purple and different color on either side.
