Need help removing surround for Centre Diff Lock behind gear leaver

Was installing my new ARB compressor today and managed to crack the surround as pictured below (excuse the shoddy picture, i just found one on here and cropped it to illustrate what im trying to remove.

Anyone has any experience removing this, id be interested to hear, im off to Toyota tomorrow to buy a replacement surround but havent yet figured out how to remove it.

Go to my build up page and look up my install details for the replacement head unit.

You have to remove the side silver trims and then remove the part you have highlighted in red by pulling it out. I just can't remember if the lower stereo has to be unbolted. Send me a PM tonight or tomorrow and I can talk you through it tomorrow as I will be near the car.

Thanks mate, ive ordered the replacement surround (only $50 thankfully), however there is a 3 week back order time
