Hi All. Just clocked over 77K and have noticed a flat spot on acceleration from take off, or low speed then put the foot down. It's more of a delay, just hangs for a milli sec then goes. So it got the best of me on the weekend and I pull out the throttle body and gave it a clean. Wow what a difference it has made. I must have got used to it over the km's. Now it feels like a new car in the response department and is much smoother idling. The area in front of the butterfly had some black sludge but behind was bad. I think because it is a thick goo the fly by wire needed to overcome the stickyness first then was able to respond to the foot. Tip to all and including the diesel's, keep your throttle body clean.
