Accessory Panel in Rear Door

Took a picture of the right-hand storage compartment in rear door of my Prado (see below). I know the bottom space is for a warning triangle/reflector however, what is the top space intended to hold?

Keen to get feedback on what should be there OR what members are using it for...

A heap of baling twine in the top bit and the bottom bit I have a first aid kit and the latest QAS first aid book as they have finally made a smaller book.

I have the emergency roll of toilet paper stored there but do like the first aid kit idea. Hopefully never need either

I have a dustpan brush in the top spot, it's almost like its made for it.

I have First Aid Kit, Hose for Air Compressor and Wich control cable stored in that space.
