I've found CMI in town to be efficient for routine book maintenance, but they made a meal of more complicated work on my Prado and Corolla. Too many white collars between the desk and the workshop since they rebuilt the place for my liking.
Northpoint Prospect did a good (and significantly cheaper) job for me on more complicated repairs on my old Corolla.
Peter Kittle Parafield got Custom Mode working for the DPF Button on my Prado first go. CMI in town had multiple goes beforehand so I gave up on them.

Be aware that when you want more complicated repairs done it appears that some have a tendency to look up their man-hours tables, add them all up and not reduce the overlap. Shop around and ask, it could save you a worthwhile amount.

Have been using Jarvis toyota at Clovelly park for our fleet servicing last year or two. Been excellent. even prompting on issues before we noticed them. Replaced all injectors on one of the 200 series without us asking. All covered under warranty. See Mal in the service department.
