Prado 150 series wheel arch flares

Hi there people , just wondering if anyone is interested in wheel arch flares for the 150 series , they are available , you can get them out of China . im not sure what the quality is like . The imfomation is pretty basic . Thet are fibre glass , come in two colours black and white but you can paint them ,they held on by 3M and screws . They look pretty similar to the flares on the 80 series if you ask me . the problem is you have to buy 5 or more sets an price range is between $350 an $500 US depending on how many sets are purchased . so if your interested send us a message , and lets see if we can get enough people interested . i am intrested, but i have a bullbar installed and the sets i have found around the rest extend to wear my bumber used to be....

fjallasport sell fender flares (same as Artic Trucks - who are owned by Toyota and do all the cool modifications) by they are REALLY expensive.... i got a quote for around $1300 for the set of 4 fender flares plus $300 delivery to Melbourne Australia... then i assume you would get hit with an import tax and have to pay to get someone to install them.... these of course are designed to fit much larger tyres and require cutting of the existing wheel arches etc...

i reckon if we do get enough backing for this we approach TJM/ARB/Opposite Lock to get these or a cheaper version... in for us and install them as a kit?

www brimjet com also sell a similar set for around the same price ...

both of course come in sections inwhich i am pretty sure prado owner who have bull bars
would have to leave a section out?

the other thing to considere is if you get these install you may not be able to get the side bars (the ones that go from a bull bar to the side steps) installed?

Hi there Alex , about the fitting of the flares . i have a roo bar as well . its the ugly polished alloy bar surplied by toyota , im pretty sure ill be able to fit the flares , because of the plasic ends on the bar , ill be able to trim these as well and blend them in with the flares . As for brush off bars , i havent got them and they cant be fitted with the type of roo bar i have fitted on my prado . An in the past ive gone an seen TJM plus ARB an they didnt seem interested .
ill look up aliexpress cheers .
