Well, it's a relatively minor issue worth $150.00
What I have found though last weekend is that the sway bar had a lose bolt caused by a damaged thread in the nut. See picture.
Before I discovered that lose bolt I had an occasional clunk sounds from there. I asked to check the suspension at the last service 2 months ago but they did not find anything.
Long story short, to me this is a clear case for the extended warranty, as this should never happen in a vehicles' life. However, Toyota declined, no reason was given to me by the dealership.
Any comments?
