DAC on Kakadu with off-road pack

Hi,


I have a 2010 Kakadu with the off-road pack, i cannot find any DAC button/switch....my friend's kakadu has the ASP and i can see the DAC button beside the center diff lock button.....on mine, there are center diff lock, rear diff lock , CRAWL buttons only....

sorry for my ignorance, is the DAC the same as the CRAWL for models with off-road pack ?

Refer to Pg 25 of the Off Road Driving Manual. In there it says that Crawl control can be used when driving uphill or downhill.

Also refer to Pg 39, 64 & 65

Yep, you just get more control over the speed with CRAWL as it is selectable.

Just be aware the manual Andrew linked is for the facelift model so your controls will look different. Oh, and it makes god-awful noises whilst in operation. It also heats up your brakes so use sparingly and allow your brakes to cool off before entering any water crossings.
