150 V6 Servicing

I'm thinking of starting to service my V6 petrol myself (I've always serviced my KZJ95 myself). I've done a search with little success. I'm looking for info on the V6 service schedule or an online service manual. All I could find was a brief how to on an oil change but it doesn't say how much oil... Help?

Its the same engine as in the (Aus) FJ cruiser. Heaps of DIY service info at fjcc.com.au

BTW oil is 6.2L 5W30... but could run 10W40 or more in Aus as its generally warmer. Service is every 10,000 km or 6 months. Spark plugs at 100,000 kms.

Pretty easy engine to work on; just need the correct tool to change the oil filter.
