I recently purchased latest Prado. Navigation System options do not appear to show road "speed limits" as most other Sat Nav systems do, which a very useful feature. Is there an option or software update available for Navigation system.

I wonder if you were like me in 2015 when choosing a new vehicle? I assumed that Toyota with their reputation would provide the latest navigation and entertainment system but how wrong I was.
I don't know if the the 2018 navigation systems are much different to my version but if you read my many threads complaining about out of date maps, no android auto or car play etc etc you will see that there is almost zero chance of you getting what owners of cheaper cars enjoy.
Even if you pay for the "latest" map card I expect that they will still be at least two years out of date with no speed limits and you will be over $300 poorer.
If you read threads entitled "new head unit" or "another new head unit" you will see that the only way to have all the facilities is to buy a cheap Chinese head unit which is android powered. You will be able to run software that you want not what Toyota restricts you to.
