Several weeks ago when I took my GX in to my local Toyota dealer for its 10k service I complained that a number of people had commented that they had trouble hearing me when talking via the bluetooth function on the stereo unit.
When I picked it up I was told that I had an old series head unit and that there was an upgraded unit available and they had ordered the new one in for me to be replaced under warranty.
Well today I had it replaced and whilst it looks the same, they said they had replaced the old 300 series with the new 400 series.
Whilst the audio seems to be noticably better, I haven't tested the bluetooth microphone level yet so I'm yet to see if that has improved.
Anyway, I'm more than impressed with the level of customer service I have experienced with my dealer (Stewart Toyota at Kirrawee), they have even promised to pursue my complaint about the mudflap issue and the stone damage caused to the paintwork during last years GTG in the Barringtonn Tops.
And they weren't even the ones to sell me the car :shock:
