Hi all,

I am new to this site and just wanted to share a photo my drawer system I have just finished for my 2012 GXL.

If anyone has any questions or wants any measurements feel free to shoot me a msg.

Very pro job well done...may I ask why you opted for carpet finish? Everyone seems to do it even me but not sure about my new ones being made

I did think twice about it!! I went carpet because it looks good and is waterproof etc! no other reason really!! I know it is quite slippery but I have some rubber matting I will cut to size which should help this.

Since that photo I have also now put in a bunch of tie down straps which I will use when we go off road or touring. The board I used is a relatively new pvc based light weight waterproof board. Quite impressive product really!

Well the skinny drawer is mainly used for storing my pet leprechaun's! No, its actually a pull up door(hinged at top) which is where my folding table lives. it fits in there nice and snug so it can't move around! This is where my overall height came from which worked pretty well giving the Engel a bit of breathing space at top.

I was lucky that the back door JUST clears everything when it's closed!!

What size is the table? We usually carry a 1.2m blow mould table across the back behind the seats but the 150 is less able to do that than the 120.

I thought the keeping of leprechauns became illegal under The Slavery Abolition Act of 1883? Glad you said it wasn't 'really' for them

Regardless, great set up. My table is one of those things that floats around where it fits so really impressed with what you have done there.

No I haven't as yet. the panel on the left is removable so I "should" be able to get my hand in there and feed it through to the font. This is in theory and I haven't actually tried this! If it doesn't work I will remove the panel on top, remove and relocate jack! I will try it tomorrow and get back to you!

The table is about 620mm square. just a small blow mould one with adjustable legs. It's only for me and the Mrs so it does us fine! I used to store it behind the seats but then had to pretty much empty the car to access it!
