Just had 50mm lift fitted by ultimate suspension after putting about 200kgs over the front like arb bar ,winch, dual batteries etc. It dropped 2inches the guys at ultimate suspension lifted 65mm from standard height they said this would sag to a true 50mm lift what a difference cant wait to take off road

Mine goes in on Thursday. I received all the components today (express freight overnight).
I have Coil-Rite airbags in the rear, hence Brendan recommended comfort (medium) coils in the back as well. This way it shouldn't be to hard around town but can be supported by the bags when the trailer is hooked up.
Scutto, do you know what height setting they used for the front spring seat. As the struts have an adjustable spring seat, this can be adjusted to match the weight. Brendan has told me to fit my struts in the standard raised position until I get my bar and then raise the spring seat if need be when the steel bar goes on. Sounds like you've got the same setup. I presume the 65mm lift on the front is on one of the raised spring seat positions?
Can't wait for mine.
Photos would be great.

Gday to all
Finally get to pick up my new GXL diesel next week, after a 6 month wait, can hardly wait.
The BFG MTs and TJM barwork are ready to go, but now for the suspension.
I am thinking of Lovell springs and Bilstein shocks, What are your thoughts.
Should I go heavy duty or comfort all round, or one on the front and other on rear.
Or is there better options that I shoud look at, love to hear what others are doing.
Regards

I would not use comfort level on the front if you are adding a steel bar, the weight will be too heavy for that set-up and will affect the steering and tyre wear.
