  • Swaybar Relocation Plates

Recently fitted 2in lift to my 150 now I have discovered the swaybar on the passenger side is rubbing on the bottom flange of the Tough Dog shock absorber.
On the drivers side there is about 3mm gap between swaybar and shock absorber

I purchased relocation plates from 4WD1 but they don't fit, after discussion with 4WD1 who contacted the manufacturer of the plates (EFS) they have discovered they don't fit the 150 but will fit the 120.
4WD1 have done the right thing and made a full refund, but I still have a problem.

Has anyone had the same problem and found relocation plates that fit the 150?
The plates move the swaybar forward by 10mm.

Correct. Swaybar relocation plates out there do not fit on 150's yet just about every single 4x4 joint sells them for 150's. God to show how well they all test products they sell doesn't it...
Yet they moan when we buy from off shore. I have a set of these sitting in my box at home, at you your retailer was good enough to admit fault and give you a refund.

Assume you are after these for the front sway bar?

I have these fitted to the front of mine, no issues at all - http://www.superiorengineering.com.a...late-kit-19438

Also for the rear - http://www.superiorengineering.com.a...spension-parts

Very interested to know how the superior plates fit your vehicles because with my car (2010 v6 Petrol Auto)

if I have the plates turned so that they move the bar towards the rear of the car then the swaybar links way to close to the Struts.

If I turn them to move the bar toward the front of the car (as it seems you have them in your pic) the swaybar bumps aginst the two support braces that can be seen below the centre of the sway bar in your pic

            ???
