I have seen the great post on "Prado Rim Size & Offset Database" which states "It is illegal to reduce the track of a vehicle. Therefore, you can't fit a 120 GXL alloy onto a 150."
The sizes and offsets are;
120 - GXL+ 17x7.5 ET30
150 - GXL 17x7.5" ET25
I have a 120 Grande and a Ulti camper trailer with matched alloys. If I was to get a 150 GXL, my question is this:
1. If in stranded remotely, is it physically possible to use the 120 alloys on the 150 as is?
2. Is it possible to get a spacer for the 120 alloy to make it legal on the 150?
I believe one can use the 150 alloy on the 120 without issue. Is this correct?
