I fitted the above to my UK SWB this year and found it to be a decent piece of kit, worth the time and effort. The UK spec includes a rear locker as standard. I really only used the front locker for those those 'oops, I shouldn't have gone that deep, moments'. I recently sold the truck to a mate who decided to drive it slightly harder than me. This weekend he was giving it the beans on a nearly vertical ascent when he broke something. On inspection it appears that he has destroyed a front drive shaft - just before the CV. It's totally shattered. Just goes to show how strong those ARB lockers are. Prior to that, I reckon the diff would have gone. The shaft snapped at the splines leaving the tail in the diff. I think that we may be able to take the other shaft out and poke the stump out from the opposite side. But with the snap ring arrangement, there's no real way to get a grip on it from this side. We may be able to tack weld something onto it. We've yet to see.
Anyway, I think he may drive a little more sensibly in future!
