Im doing a 1KD conversion in my VZJ95 , are the 120series 1Kd sumps the same or able to fit ? The diesel sumps from a 95 are proving hard to find .

But is the 120 chassis the same in the engine bay as a 95 series?
The bottom end is more or less the same from kz to kd apart from pistons
Ideally a 95 series sump would be perfect ! But there's none in PerthComment

Hi Scott,
You will need to use the sump and mounts off the 90 series 1KZ.
If you do a search you will discover this conversion is well covered in a couple of threads already.
In particular one done by Pradofreak if my memory serves me well.
Besides it is always a good idea to try searching for information before starting a new thread.

Ok so the 120 dosnt fit ... Dose that mean no one has tried to make it fit or is it just far too different to fit ? Can it be modified to work??Comment
