Been meaning to share this one for a while. It's one I actually managed to fix, unlike my fuel-feed dramas so far
. After a day in the bush in pouring rain (the day we took the avatar pic, actually) my wife discovered that the front carpet was sopping wet, but ONLY on her side. After many experiments a leaking windscreen was ruled out & I finally (only took a couple of hours) noticed that the a/c drain-tube was sitting at a funny angle in the firewall. Guess what? The little rubber drain-tube is just a "friction-fit" over the actual drain from the a/c & ours had come off (I'd say a LONG time ago) & all the condensation from the a/c was being neatly funnelled under the front carpet. At the cost of a couple of singed knuckles (it's behind the passenger-side exhaust manifold) I got it refitted firmly in place & no problems since.
