tail lights

I see that overseas have tail lights all-in-one. Unlike Australia with seperate in bumper. I would like to install these so where can I get them (net)? Also wondering if we can have a rear bar sent from Venezuala as they look awesome, but need hayman reese integrated fitting built in.

My grey import has both bumper & body mounted lights.
My farther liked the higher lights so mounted some yellow bulbs into the blanks of the body mounted light cluster. Im not completly sure but I think the holes were alredy ther for the bulbs, they just needed some wiring. Ill ask some questions and let you know.

I would be interested in a rear bar also, maybe we could get a group order.
