Help - need to mount codan 9350 antennae on rear of 95 Series - options and advice?

Hi guys,

I've spent most of my day off searching Prado point for information relating to mounting a Codan 9350 autotune antennae on the rear of 95 series (2001 GLX), was wanting to mount it by putting a bracket between spare tyre mount and rear door, extending out to the right to mount antennae so when not in use I can fold down on rear tyre. Does anyone have any knowledge of where I can either buy or have photos of how to put together my own mount, or even a good place to get the parts.

Thanks in advance as I appreciate all the help and advice. If I've had a bald moment and there is already a thread up here I've missed then my apologises and I'd appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

I have the spacer which mounts between the rear door and spare tyre mount that you could use as a base to make your own bracket to suit the Codan

Hi Amts,

Are they the prices for the base etc?

Also does any one know if I go down this path where I can get an adjustable mount etc for the Codan, so that effectively I can fold it down to lay across spare tyre?

Is there any alternative ready made ones? Just wondering as Amts option is looking good.

Kaymar make one for 120 not sure about the 90.

Friend got one made by a tow bar maker before Kaymar made them for the 120,
could also try an exhaust place they might be able to make one up.
