2 1/2" Exhaust V6

Hello, just want to know if anyone has replaced the standard exhaust (2002 3.4 V6) with a more free flowing 2 1/2'' system. I need to replace the rear section that goes over the cross member behind the main tank, however thought I may be better of replacing the muffler as well with a 2 1/2' system. Will still be running standard headers though.

Hi there
I actually put the money out there and done the full system on my car, 2 1/2 all the way, i actually kept the rear end of it due to the resonator on it to quiet it down cause i didn't want it to moan.
It is awesome, i get a nice rumble out of it now and it has lost its vibration in the motor when reving and also put in so much low down torque.
I would reckomend it dome to anyone, even toyota have asked me how it goes.
Oh yeah, and i done the pacemaker headers with it and another resonator in front of the exhause just to keep the noise down.
