Steering to left

Gday All, first posting, great forum
Our '01 diesel gxl is steering to left. Both front tyres have worn out on left through us steering to right to correct. We have managed approx 50 k kms out of standard dunlops and are now looking at BFG A/T's but am reluctant until I get this issue sorted. Toyota have just done an alignment and re-did it after the same issue was still occurring. Has anyone had similar issues and if so how did you sort it out? Thanks 8)

Does your toyota service department have a proper 4wd alignment thingy? I don't know much about them but from what I've heard aligning a 4wd is different to a 2wd and although a lot of places say they have them, they don't do it properly.

not sure where you are but my suggestion is like xlr8's and go to someone the specialists in steering/suspension/tyres

Bob Jane T mart, Beaurepairs, Tyre Power, Pedders, etc etc.
Not saying the "all round" places can't do it but a place that does alignments all day every day should be your first stop I think.

Thanks xlr8 and dhula , doesn't sound like a common theme so I'll try another alignment, we have an arb shop in Port Macquarie so I'll have a chat to them and a tyre shop and see what they can suggest. 8)

I have had similar issues with my older 4Wds and only use a Truck Alignment place to do my wheel alignments.
