Hi All,
Well the time has come to call for those that intend to come to the GTG to sign up.
I have explained in the GTG thread in the Trip Report forum but I will put this here as well just to draw attention to it.
Due to the popularity of the Red Centre in the winter months and the fact that it is the peak season for the resorts out here we need to confirm numbers of those intending to attend the GTG.
This will allow the resorts to book our places in the camp grounds when we want them and more importantly it will allow the resort managers to allocate specific areas of the camp grounds to us. I have made the various resorts aware of our GTG and when we will be staying but we still need to confirm the numbers with them.
So to that end I have created a sign up email address for all intending attendees to respond to as below:
Can I ask that when you respond to the email address that you include:
1. Names of yourself and all people in your group.
2. Age of children accompanying you.
3. What form of accommodation you will require, ie tent site, camper/caravan site or cabin/motel room. Also please nominate powered or unpowered preference.
4. Your full Postal Address, required for the mail out when it is ready.
