Each to their own Richo. I will not judge you if you feel the need to ear a pink tutu, pretty tiara and work boots.Bitumen: A blatant waste of taxpayers money!

Whilst I have never met MLC, I imagine that it would be like a dog with a bone.
(I hope that this is not a South Australian thing!)
Don't worry I know that it's not a South Australian thing.
It's just MLC.
Cheers

So...I've just been reading AJ's rig build up. What an education eh? Found a gem of a quote in there...

Oh ... and given that my kitchen is STILL not finished...well, a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do!I've got a 4WD and I'm not afraid to use it!!

PS my mum and Lea loves so it MUST be true. MrsAJ thinks I'm ok in small does and Matty&Loz, AJ, sapradogxl, 120D4d, AJ2120 Wooley, Boomer 52, Iantz and a few others put up wth me in a polite way when I'm on day release. Matty & Loz also gets paid to keep me off the stret on weekends.Bitumen: A blatant waste of taxpayers money!

That's OK ... I'm off to order my FJ; at $50 per week over the period of time we've had the Prado(s) and given the amount he's spent on mods that we "had to have" and those that he apparently still intends to do - I reckon it's cheap!!!
Oh ... and given that my kitchen is STILL not finished...well, a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do!
We all know that El Presidente, Head Honcho, the Big Cheese, The Big Kahuna isn't supposed to do anything at all, but HE HAS!
He's let the whole party down, because he has been BUSTED BIG TIME.

Anyway Trish only wants an FJ so she can start her own build thread, jealousy is a curse.

Hi Andrew,
May I register initial interest in joining the 2012 GTG. My wife and I are keen to be in the Flinders Ranges in spring this year so may travel to there and explore the central and northern parts in the week or more prior to the start of the GTG and meet the Pradopointers on 28 September.
We have a Tvan camper trailer and are fully equipped to be self-sufficient for up to a week.
Presumably I should simply watch the Pradopoint site for updates and more information as the GTG start date approaches?
Thanks to you and other who are doing the organisation.
regards
Alan

Hi Alan, what you will need to do is this....
Keep an eye on this thread http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread...-announcements which is for official announcements (you can subscribe to the thread so you get an email when we post announcments in it).
In the next couple of weeks we should be able to announce the launch of the new website for the GTG, on the website you will find a link to the registration form which you need to complete and return. Once your completed form has been recieved you will be advised on how to pay the registration fee ($80). Once you pay the fee you are then officially on the list.
We will then continue to send you emails or post instructions in that thread as to anything else you need to do, such as booking accomodation or sending expensive gifts to the organising committee
Based on the numbers that have attended the previous GTG's we should be able to accomodate everyone who wants to come, obviously though with around 15,000 PP members not everyone can come, so locking your spot in early is the only way to gaurantee a spot on the trip.
having a good look around the Flinders in the week or 2 before the event sounds like a good plan as well, keep an eye out for my rig as I may well be doing something similar in the week leading up to the GTG.
Look forward to seeing everyone in SA!
Cheers AndrewSo Long and Thanks for all the Fish!
