I find the GXL 150s seat too hard ... the 90 series GXL front seats are superb IMO. Not sure about the 120 seats. As you say, test them.
If you want airbags though, the 150 is better, so too its braking, its chassis flexes less too although for some that is not an issue.
For a female, illuminated sun-shade mirrors matter ... so might depth adjustment of the steering ... iPod input might matter to some ... so too bluetooth although I am unsure how well the early 150 supported bluetooth ... Reare vision and parking distance is mandatory for those of us who have gotten used to it ... and there are more differences.
