ABD I'm in the same boat as you ordered September for a Jan delivery told all was fine now March I don't think the dealer woud be game to ring with a later date after the serve I gave him last time.

Hi guys - I signed up on 11 Dec 07 and by all accounts I thought (at this stage) that the delivery would have been extended.
I walked into the dealership where I signed up and he looked up his system and said it was still due for build in February. With mid March delivery.
Finally got my tracking letter directly from the dealer - should be activated in 24-48 hrs so will be checked every day. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Currently the dealer has mine as being shipped with an expected delivery date to the dealer on the 25th January. Hope to get it a week later.
Maybe the factory is having a hard time keeping up with the demand?

At Barossa Toyota in Tanunda they have a white D4D auto in the lot for sale and also a 4.0 V6 Charcoal.
maybe you should take your business elsewhere to someone who may be able to provide a better service.

I'm also still waiting, the tracking system may drive you mad looking at it everyday, with nothing new to see (speaking from experience). I ordered mine on the 25th of November with January build and delivery late Feb. I was lucky enough to jump into another persons order that cancelled and should hopefully get it next week.
Jump onto carsales and look up new Prado's. I did this with my dealer and nearly had one transfered, but we missed out on the car by a few days.

Awesome looking truck Big Fella.
I should have my Grey GXL next week, tracking system states pick up date 21/1/08, but my dealer says they get it on the 21st..???
Toyota would,nt fit my ARB accessories, they said it would affect the stamp duty, even though i was dealing directly with ARB. So i now have to take it down for the goodies after delivery.

Hi All,
I have spoken to several Toyota Dealers about Delivery of the 3.0L Prados, and they have all stated the same thing. Delivery Time about 3 months.
I ordered mine on 2 Jan 08 the first one ordered for the year from LeMans Toyota Deer Park, and received confirmation mine should be at the Dealership 5th Feb. I wanted an 08 Bulit and Compliant Prado.
Thats about 6 weeks from Date of Order. At this stage, 3 weeks to go.
If I wanted Flinders Red, I would have to wait for a batch to be done, which wasn't programmed for Several weeks, as that colour isn't too popular.
I say that as the 4 Dealerships I have spoken too haven't even seen the colour, nor are they ordering it for stock.
