This mornings newspaper has an article about how Landcruiser Mountain Park is up for sale. Anyone have a spare couple of million? Make a great backyard for someone.

Maybe we could all chip in $5 each and become co-owners!

Maybe the public liability and yobbos are getting to him.

I also understand that Levuka is considering their future, but that is due to the EPA carrying on. Amazes me that a property that has been farmed for a hundred years becomes subject to scrutiny once you open it up to 4WD's!

Best we get out there and use these parks before they dissapear.

Agreed, sad state of the world we live in. One idiot has an accident that is their own fault and you're ruined financially. I wouldn't want to own that risk.

If they went onto ACA (not Today Tonight - too tacky) and explained their situation and sparked a little fear that more 4wd parks may close in the near future I bet they'd get a crap load in donations from 4wd owners to keep it open. I'd flick them $50 to help keep it open for when I'd want to go there again in maybe a year or two.
