We have a big problem in this country. Morons like these blokes are nothing more than air thieves. Parasites who take from society and put in a negative contribution in return. It's a pity they're allowed to breed.

the news article say the vandals were there on a different date as to when the photo's were taken ????

Hmmm, if someone can't make an ID from images that clear then we have a serious problem. Although, it doesn't specify that they are the actual vandals - just persons the police wish to speak to about the vandalisim - maybe a read between the lines?

When I was in WA working on the Collie power station we had a heap of trouble from vandals and thieves. Worse than any other site I have worked on. At one stage about 250m of 3m high perimeter fence went missing overnight. If only we could get contractors to put the stuff up as quickly! Obviously something in the water!
