I sure hope you can do better than the HiTech 4x4/Opposite Lock branch in Penrith, they're friggin useless.

I think you will find that they are owned by the same family, with different brothers at each outlet,Ryan should be able to confirm this. I have purchased a few things at the Penrith store and have been happy with the prices, but have not had work done there, have dropped into the narrellan store for a look only.

As an alternative we now have the new 4x4 store opened up in Coreen AV Penrith [at the site of the original 4WD warehouse] which is operated by [name escapes me] the guy who writes a few articles for 4wd Monthly and use to work for the 4wd warehouse penrith before it closed down. Again i have not had work done there, but do like independants and small time franchises rather than the ARB fixed price no room to move alternatives, and prefer to spend my money these independants including a good one up at Maroochydore qld,[Overland 4wd] when i go up home to visit family.

        Hi rags,

I was reasonably pleased with the sales support and prices at Penrith, but everything following that went down hill.

        Anyway..

I have heard of this new warehouse place in Penrith, and will undoubtedly check it out one day.

ARB can be very limited in regards to the mods they offer, but I've always been satisfied with the services and workmanship they provide, and their price negotiations. I guess this can vary between stores though.

          Hi guys,
Yes my brother Chris and I manage the Narellan store and my brother Ben and Dad Mike manage the Penrith store, I am only new to the 4x4 accessory market coming from an Electrical background and have a lot to learn, however I am very big on customer service. I have no idea what issues you may have had dealing with the Penrith store but I cannot apologize enough. I do not want any PP member not having a great experience dealing with us at either store. If you get a chance one day it would be great if we could meet up at our Narellan shop and we can try to rebuild some of your lost faith in our service.

Being franchises we pride ourselves on great customer service and a more personalized experience which is what I aim for with every customer who I deal with.
          Cheers Ryan,
          Ryan
