The coverage was rather ordinary with channel 7 going to ads ever 4 or 5 laps. It was until later that we actually got to watch 10 laps straight. The V8 supercars facebook site was going crazy with people complaining about the amount of ads.

it is frustrating knowing that the V8s could be a timed race so the AFL can be put on TV.
