Last week I decided to upgrade my factory suspension on my 120 Prado to and OME upgrade.

Then a buddy was looking at getting a new 4wd and got my gears turning....hmmm...2008 Prado D4D kind of on its peak value wonder if I trade and get a new 150 how I'll go.

So I discussed today, sounds like it would be a good deal for me but now what about that suspension I was going to put on my Prado next week!!! For Pete's sake

Anyway I have been sifting through the threads but still don't know

Are the OME parts the same for the 120 and 150 GXLs???????

Then I thought about my Sandgrabbas....looks like they are not the same...a shame.

And oh yeah....those MSA canvas covers....well they won't wont work on the 150.

Oh crap, the Rhino tray with heavy duty rails...I bet the clamps are different

Or just expect to remortgage the house (again) to bring the 150 up to the standard you want

We put the same Kings/ Bilstein combo in both 120 and 150 last year. From what i have seen they are close enough to being the same.

All of those things you can sell... While you won't recover the entire replacement costs it makes it a lot easier on the pocket. The 150 is a nice machine... You should do it

The Rhino tray and HD bars you can keep. The clamps will need to be swapped out.

From what I have seen, the OEM (not OME) suspension components are different. However, the aftermarket suspension guys may re-use some of the same parts.

I talked to ARB today and the suspension is different, part may be the same but rest is different. No matter I just asked they change to fit a 150.

I think the Kaymar tyre spacer is the same

will have to get new Sandgrabbas and seat covers
