I find the way the "What's New" page on the site continually resets based on what you have read and the time of your last visit to the page intensely annoying.

Is there any way we could get a link somewhere on the site to 'Recent Posts'?

i.e. http://www.pradopoint.com/search.php?do=getdaily&days=1

This shows the last days posts regardless of whether you have read or not.

Would anybody else see this a useful?

Otherwise I guess I could just bookmark it myself...

I have seen that link before but couldnt find it again, that is great for when you have some time sitting at the airport waiting for a flight after a day locked away in meetings and being deprived of PP access, thats a yes for me.

Yep its really annoying, particularly if you log on and then the phone rings and you get delayed for a while, after reading one topic you have timed out and loose all the others. I know that on Myswag for example, It doesn't matter what i do, it remembers every thread I have read (actually clicked on) and I can go back at any time and finish reading the other threads and know exactly which ones I have read.

As far as your question goes, if you are "logged out" the recent posts tab will give you threads for the last 24hrs, on more than one occasion I have used the Ipad (logged out) to find the threads, then if I want to reply I can use the laptop and track them down in their particular section. Its a pain but its the best I can come up with.

Agree. I normally check "What's new?" before logging in or do an advanced search for results from the last day. Didn't think of saving a link to the search results...good idea until something better comes along

Yes, I'd also like that. I have had 1000 tabs open of "What's New" posts, only to find that after reading the 1st post, the browser crashed. Next time I went to "What's New" it had decided I had read all those posts and returned a nice little message saying so.

I don't get the whole tapatalk thing, I got it, never use it, its completely useless as far as checking the latest happenings from what I have found. I have to check every section individually and still cant tell whats read and whats not.

Andrew when u log on don't go to the forum button in the bottom left next to that is button "latest" click on that then at the top u have three options, "unread" participated" and "all" u can select either option I normally use all and go through until I get to post I have already read. Simple as to catch up, quick post etc. I don't use it for photo posting but others maybe able to do so easily.
