Photography Group/Sub-Forum?

There have been a few threads on various photography questions but there's not a dedicated space for it. Is anyone interested in a Photography Group/Sub-Forum? One of the main reasons I have a 4WD is to get to out of the way places to set up the tripod or walk through the bush looking for photo opps. I am mostly interested in nature photography--landscape and wildlife--but happy to discuss anything re outdoor photography: issues, challenges, tips and tricks, places to go...

If you are interested, what's the most useful way of doing this? A Photography Group? Or a dedicated sub-forum (we'd need to get the admins/mods to agree to the latter)? Pros/cons of either?

I think that is a great idea. Even if we could have it as a sub topic like gps chat and eBay finds.

I'd say it would attract a few pics being posted. Off site hosting works fine but not sure how it would effect bandwidth usage.

Thanks prado-admin. My 'intention' is that it would be mostly discussion based. Photographs may be used to exemplify issues etc rather than a place to showcase photographs. There are plenty of other ways these can be displayed. However, others may have different opinions/wants. Happy to work with you on rules/guidelines for this but don't want to be (too) dictatorial. Ultimately, these things evolve to suit the needs of users.
