  • Steering Wheel Cover

    Hi fellow members,

This is my first post as I have just managed to get hold of a very tidy 95 series (2002). Now its time to set up for family touring in the great outdoors.
I found Pradopoint whilst surfing the net and after reading numerous discussions I think its a great forum.
Accordingly, I thought I would now tap in to the extensive knowledge of the members in an attempt to find an answer to my question.

Inotice that there have been numerous threads re leather degradation on steering wheels, mine after 10 years is just starting to turn (pardon the pun). Its not bad enough to seek a replacement of the entire wheel however I am finding it difficult to find a decent cover preferably suede or leather to fit a 16 inch steering wheel most seem to be 15 or 17.
Any ideas where I can find one, preferably in the Adelaide area?

No need to reply to the post now.
I found a manufacturer just need to order it (from a supplier) as suppliers don't typically hold the 16" in stock.
Interestingly, I would have thought the sales folks in auto outlets would have suggested this, but then again perhaps that why they're sales assistants (no offence intended to any sales folks out there).

$230, plus $15 each way for postage, worth it, depends on the condition of your car
and how you wish to keep it:
