Window tinting in Brisbane

Have been lurking for some time, great forum, hopefully someone can help me!!

Picked up a 2nd hand 150 GXL a few weeks ago and want to get the windows tinted (doesn't have the privacy glass for some reason)

Any joints that I should be avoiding in brisbane?

Rang one bloke and quoted $395 with life-time warranty (or until he changes business name in 12mths time) I haven't had to get a car tinted in years, is that reasonable?

Not sure Clarky,

I had my 120 front windows done 3 years ago for $150 from Tint-A-Car in Milton, just rocked up, enquired, pleasantly surprised at the price was told they could do it there and then so I had a coffee next door and away we went an hour later.

Ring Percy from Class One Window Tinting, 0412 571 528, should be around $250 for lifetime warranty tint. He does all our work vehicles and has tinted all of our personal cars for the past 12 years.

Tell him Paul gave you his details.

i just paid $195 for mine done at express window tint underwood. 2 family members got there cars done there over year ago at 20%. it's the perfect tint wouldn't go any lighter.

i think thats all they charge craig. my brother got his colorado there and my partner got her swift as well all 195. might see you soon at ormeau or somewhere else craig I'm slowing building the zook now. prado went and has a 3inch lift in it

Custom Auto Tint at 613 Robinson Road West at Aspley ( Phone 3863 2970) have a $199 deal for "MEP" film window tinting with lifetime warranty. He has just done our 150 Prado and did an excellent job. He is a sole trader and has meticulous attention to detail. Ie a rare breed these days... a professional tradesman!. I went with a dark tint on rear and back windows and darkest legal on the front two windows, just in case someone has an accident...touch wood....anyway, no questions can be asked about being too dark if something happens.
