Rear Drawer Design

I am getting ready to build a rear storage setup in my KZJ95, Looking at a 1 drawer design with the fridge/esky next to it. For trips I am looking at strapping a storage box on top of the drawer to carry the additional stuff.
my question is is there any advantage on having the drawer on the left or the right? I am leaning towards the left (passengers side)

Any ideas/feedback is appreciated

I have got sitting in my shed a setup i made for my old [long gone] 90s that you or any one else out there , maybe interested in for FREE.
It is just a home made with not to much style 20mm tube setup with fridge to the left [but no slide as i will reuse that ], plastic tub draw on right bottom. space for crates above , a shelf that goes across that and fridge. good for chairs or lighter stuff, a mesh barrier at this level to stop stuff sliding thru to seats. At the sides ply shelves that you can sit 4 water containers or other stuff. It was made in 2 pieces so you can have just the fridge in and 1 seat or box side and 1 seat or all in no seats. mounts in via tabs that engage under seat loops on the floor and turnbuckles thru the tie down loops to the sides.
It is just sitting in the shed taking up shelf space, won't fit my current 120s so happy to see it go for FREE. I am 40min from Castle Hill out Kurrajong way but do get down Castle hill way somedays during the week if interested. Remember no fridge slide as i will reuse it. As i say it is homemade basic but served me on many trips and i always pulled it out when not used. It was made to fit a 1998 -90s so not sure if the mounts differ on later model 90s. G'day Gerry,

I made a storage set up and put the drawer on the passengers side and the fridge on the drivers side. The main reason I went with that set up was that the fridge slides out next to the door and you have plenty of room to move around. I also made a small fold away table that attaches to the fridge slide and then slides in the storage unit above the fridge when not in use. I'll try to get a few pics and put them on here.
