Spotted today ...... first Christmas decorations going up in the street. A tad too early??

When do we start wishing shop assistants a "Merry Christmas"? Might try tomorrow at the local Coles and see if it starts the ball rolling.

My wife's been nagging me for the last two weeks to put them all up. We have had a few houses putting them up 2 to 3 weeks ago, quit a few actually. I only do it for the kids in our street, was doing it before our little one come along ( she is 4 now) have been putting them up for over 10 years now except I dont do the roof any more, was cracking to many tiles with my fat arse. Its great to hear the kids oohing and arring as they walk past. We even have a laser light now (had the last two years) and the kids run about on the front lawn chasing it. All for the kids and they love it, that's the main thing, and Merry Xmas to you and your family and everyone else...........Cheers Steve

Whaa this X-mas shopping frenzy already started here as well. it is usually odd to see glimmering x-mas trees in november. well, atleast it snowed quite heavy, so the weather is there to support the sales....

The kids are thinking Xmas, but it's a bit too early for me to be getting excited about it. All I'm thinking of is whether NW Off Road will have my gear in and fitted to our Prado before the Xmas break

Got home to find our tree had gone up. At least the kids did the decorating of it (other than the lights) which was a bonus.

I think I've used up all my luck from the Pradopoint Fairy for this Christmas. Just picked up our Prado from North West Off Road fitting the snorkel that my wife wanted plus the OME suspension that I wanted (couldn't wipe the grin off my face). Next week the bullbar arrives (another piece that wife wanted).
I'm not even pushing for anything else for Christmas.

Santa bought me a Manta, exhaust system that is. Fitted yesterday and have already run it in with a 600km trip back home. Vroom, vroom. Now to mount that pyro guage.
