Duck Ck road is in SE Qld and is south of Beaudesert and is a maintained off-road track that takes you up the back way to Lamington national Park. It's a scenic track winding up the side of the mountain range until it meets the bitumen rd at the top which leads to O'Reilly's tourist centre and walking tracks. It's generally a non-challenging track, suitable for soft-roaders. The Prado seen above is having a bit of a play on one of the old side tracks by the look of it...edit Nice looking 150 with what looks like a Kaymar bar on the rear which by the looks of it, is proving it's worth by protecting the rear...
I hope this wasn't anyone from here. It'll be interesting to see the result of the FCU investigation. Duck Creek Road is usually a milk run. It's a good effort to go off the edge of a cliff if you're driving sensibly and keeping to the track.
Inexperienced driver at 2am? Like you said Duck Creek road ( by day) is a milk run but possibly with a high blood alcohol level or just going to quick for the conditions is a recipe for disaster. Thoughts go out to the effected families...
