Mine does the same. Asked the local Toyota mob if there may have been a firmware update for it 'cos it is pretty primitive behaviour for such a new piece of technology. Gave up on it in the end and deprogrammed the second phone totally. Now I just use a separate hands free head set for the second phone. They also seem to have trouble with other unpaired bluetooth devices (phones) in close proximity and can lose the connection to the programmed device. Seems to happen when the foreign device has a stronger Bluetooth signal. So much for adaptive frequency-hopping...
