I haven't read the whole thread, but I am spewing this is coming to an end. When you do around 1000kms a week these discounts all really help bring the cost down!

I'm spewin' too. We had a 15c/ltr discount and saved over $20 on 153ltrs.
Had a 40c/ltr discount and saved over $30 on 85ltrs.
The 4c/ltr may not be much to the Corrolla drivers out there but when you're putting in hundreds of ltrs of fuel is makes a huge difference every time you fill.Last edited by BiLLz0r; 10-01-2014, 12:38 PM.2007 GXL V6 - ARB Bullbar with LED lights, snorkel, extractors, 2 1/4" dual exhaust, K&N filter, dimpled/slotted rotors, headrest dvd players, Ebay Satnav/reverse camera, GME 3100TX, Tigerz11 Side awning on custom brackets with Maxtrax mounts, 300W Invertor, ARB Underbody protection, Lightbar and STZ 265/70 tyres.

Used a 17c voucher to fill up yesterday, $14.91 saving on $131.51 purchase (87.73L). The pump price was $149.9 c/L (pre-discount). Would have waited till tank was more empty but the voucher was expiring that day so had to be used. Only have 8c ones left now and the offers via Fly Buys have stopped, it's only points they are offering now.

OK if you've got a cycle, in the last 6 months our diesel has been $1.61 per litre, just recently went up to around $1.66 at all the stations, it doesn't drop just keeps going up. The vouchers for places like ours were great, Woolies only though, no Coles servo for about 35 kms. As far as shopping at local markets, already have been for years, no cheaper than Woolies or Coles but fresher and supports local growers.Common sense isn't that common.....

Never seen the point to the fuel dockets before as wollies fuel is shit and know of a few people having injector problems when only using caltex. I would rather spend the few cents extra and go to BP for ultimate diesel which I get better fuel economy from.
Love supporting the local growers. the meat that we have been getting is that much cheaper than the big boys and the taste isn't even comparable. The only reason we go to the supermarket is for milk and any incidental that can't be bought at the markets.
Not worth the discount for my custom.

The 30-40 cent per litre discounts we were getting though fly buys were saving me 40-50 dollars nothing to be sneezed at.

I have my last 30c Coles and a 20c Woolies vouchers at hand, but am too busy to drive ATM, what a waste Makes me want to go for a spin and redeem what I've worked for.
And I guess that's a perfect example of how companies can so easily inspire us to spend more than is necessary, just for a saving. I'd like to think I beat them at their game though - with the countless 120L-140L fill ups and practically being paid to walk out of the station with $5 of drinks... hmm...glen_ep - engineered, 4" lift, 33" 255/85R16, lockers, 4.88 ratios www.pradopoint.com.au/showthread.php?17237 www.youtube.com/user/glenep www.fb.com/groups/ToyotaPrado90
