    I have been on the other side of the coin where people have bagged our business.
    Not many at all mind you. Some people you just can not deal with or make happy and that is fact. They will never understand the situation or accept what they actually paid for even when we give it to them in writing. Just recently I have used a letter similar to the one above. This person was publicly saying we caused damage to parts of her house so we asked her for photo's so we could sort the problem out. The damage in the photo's had nothing to do with the job we did and there is no way 100% that we could have caused that damage. So we sent a warning and she got back to us wanting a refund. No way in hell was she getting a refund.
    Everyone has a right to an opinion just like the feedback on Ebay.
    Just remember do not comment on engineering, chemical or any other subject your not qualified to comment on. Do not attack some ones personality if you do not know them personally except if they are straight out lying. And check the warranty to make sure that the company is giving you what you paid for or you are not asking for something outside of what you paid for.

      Without trying to go to much OT, why is the glow plug issue so common in the 1KZ? Would it not be something common to all diesels?

          So, the combustion starts in the chamber which is a small area. So it gets pretty hot in there. This is known as indirect injection. The glow plug tips pretty well are in the thick of it in the pre-combustion chambers. So, if you leave them there two long, that's why they break off through the hot and cold process.
          If you change them out every 100,000km intervals, you shouldn't ever have a problem.
