I have checked these out too but found the "Raptor" by Ultra Vision which is also a led spotlight to shine nearly double the distance. check out the specs on distance and lux on the ARB and the Raptors. These lights are very expensive but IMO are the way of the future and should last a life time. German made light
As a side note for a couple of hundred dollars you can get a plug in straight replacement HID globe and ballast for your high beam only which i think
I might try first before shelling out for the led's.

Hi Dazz,
While I personally dont have a pair of the ARB LED Lights, my mate does on his Cruiser, and I have a pair of IPF900XS with 70 Watt HID's in them.
We parked side by side and the ARB Lights are super bright..i mean really burn your retinas out bright. My IPF's with the HIDs did however have a slightly better range than the ARB ones.
Would I personally change my lights now for them? NO... The HID's are still damn good, but the ARB LEDS are very very bright and have a much wider spread.
Cheers
Steve
What combo did your mate have, spread/spread, spread/spot or spot/spot?
