I agree, possibly two chapters.....TRIP PLANNING & TRIP REPORTS.

I've been wanting to suggest this for some time now, so I think it's a great idea to split the planning and report stage.

The other thing I have been thinking about is to have a sticky in the Trip Planning section (one for each region) that is purely a notification thread for new threads about up coming trips.

For example...

QLD trip notifications
WA trip notifications
NSW trip...

... etc...

These are made stickys, you subscribe to the one in your area and when someone posts a new trip thread, they put a link to their thread in this one... (mods delete any chatter without notification) so people don't have to miss last minute trips.

So you or the mods don't have to up date the first post all the time have you made it so the thread can be added to... one extra post each time with new trip details by the person posting the trip??

With people now starting to plan some trips well in advance and also a lot of people are asking advise about up coming trips I think it shows that a 'Trip Planning' section would not go to waste...

PradoPoint might not be big enough at this stage to bother with those chapters (which worked well on the Honda CRV forum I used to frequesnt before buying the Prado)... but I was specifically referring to the 'trip planning' section.

But we'll see what the powers at be think

It is more like regional groups... Lcool got those. It is doable once there
is enough activity in all the states and once (and if) websuite gets upgraded....
