  • Who else has had a good run ?

Apart from scheduled service items the only items I have changed on my 95 series are brake pads, rotors, shock absorbers, tyres and yesterday I replaced the clutch master cylinder, it even has the original fan belts and hoses. Since new this car has not been off the road from break down Pushing at 250 000 km me thinks that is a bloody good run.
Any one else had the same trouble free motoring ?

I have had the same trouble free run as you, only ever had to do the normal service items, now up to 375000ks, the only extra item has been a MAF replacement next service will be doing rotor machine as there is a vibration under braking which strangely is not felt in the pedal.

If you feel it in the pedal or steering it's usually d.t.v in the front.
If you not feel it there, but in the seat of your pants, it's the rear.

I consider I've had an excellent run, it's up to 295k & considering the use, bloody fantastic.
        Plenty of good preventative maintenance.
I did have an odd gearbox issue, very rare, in fact never seen it before, but i Get that.

You can feel it in the steering, just not in the pedal, normally you would get a pulsation through the pedal as well.
