The 10" Unisurf one at $129 is a much better purchase IMHO.

ROM, not RAM.How much RAM do these actually have?
If I was to get another tablet, I'd only buy one with a GPS built in. Bought a cheap Ainol 7" probably a year ago and chucked CM10 on it. While it's good for most stuff, if it had GPS, it would've saved me buying a Samsung Galaxy Tab2 7". Having the GPS allows me to use it for maps in the car when 4WD'ing.Toyota Prado GXL Kimberly - 95 Series - 3.4L V6

OK, well they refer to it as "flash memory" or "internal storage" but it's still memory. The $69 one says it has "Internal Ram: 512Mb" and "4GB flash memory", the $129 one only says "16GB internal storage".
Both are unknown/budget brands so I wouldn't like to hazard a guess at the long term reliability of either unit.

512MB on Android these days is basically low end. I wouldn't expect anything special but I guess that's why it has a low price.Toyota Prado GXL Kimberly - 95 Series - 3.4L V6
