8-10k will buy a good 80, I'm just about to put my 80 up for sale, want 12 but its twin locked, lifted, front, rear and side bar work and two sets of 33s. Diesel with plenty of touring extras and would make a great first 4wd. Just an example of what they are worth, only selling to kit out the new 150

Must admit that I just saw on a friend's Facebook page that her friend in WA has a 1988 60 series for sale at $7,500. From the photos and details, it looks really good. If you wanted an "antique" LandCruiser, then this one looks fantastic.

I miss my 60's... They'd go anywhere. One was a 2H with an aftermarket turbo, and it went fine. Not super fast, but with those brakes, you don't want to! The other was the 12HT motor... That thing was an absolute weapon!

          I still love a good 60 Series.
I have a soft spot for them.

Yea not sure what he's doing yet. He still likes the 60 but maybe an 80 would be better for him. He needs it for work as well so maybe a 90 series would be too small for all his stuff.. Cheers Steve
