power window issue

Hi all

I've just replaced the master control unit in my 2003 Prado and I have the drivers switch light flashing and the window wont go up or down automatically, could it be the motor is now no good or have I done something wrong all the other windows work as I have reset the system.

Have you tried when in up mode hold switch up for one or two seconds when window fully closes in the up mode.
Had to do this on our 120 when battery changed or went flat.

Thanks yep tried holding the button up and reset the whole system but still a fault there as the light keeps going off and on, and yep tried looking at older posts but still an issue

Maybe try running the window up and down fully all the way 6 or 7 times and see how you go.
Had to do that with all windows after disconnecting batteries and worked fine for me.
