Well, a search for dual battery setups brought me here. I've been driving Toyota's for quite some time and my first Toy was a 77' hilux. I moved on to a 93' 4Runner then to a few versions of the Tacoma and a FJC. Traded the FJC in for the current run 4Runner (Prado 150 but where the steering wheel is on the correct side) here in the states and couldn't be happier. I'm in a 2010 4Runner Trail and have installed an OME kit, a ARB bar with a warn winch(with synthetic) and ran in cab winch controls.
What brought me here was the interest on the dual battery set ups you guys are running. I will say that I'm very impressed with the amount of knowledge and in-depth documentation you Aussies have on these setups.
Given the platform similarities I'm kinda shocked I can't find an ARB battery tray here states side and am going to have to look elsewhere.
I'm sure whatever I need answers to I can find here.
Just a little intro, and maybe we'll get a chance to explore the great outback someday (really been a dream of mine since I've been wheeling)
